unchanged bedding missing amenities
The breakfast had many options, it was a definite plus.
I found MANY things unsatisfactory. The hotel did NOT change the bedding from check-in to check-out, not even once. I also noticed there were NO amenities in the rooms. Everything was only provided upon request.

warm greeting top class service perfect location impersonal welcome lacking information baggage transport
the staff greeted me warmly and the service remained top class. the location is perfect for exploring. the rooms are large and quiet, a pleasant surprise.
the welcome felt impersonal and not very engaging. baggage transport was not offered, unexpected.

excellent service
amazing staff complimentary upgrade convenient location phone amenities
the staff was amazing. i received a complimentary upgrade upon arrival since my room wasn't ready yet. it was a nice gesture. the hotel is close to both the historic center and the city center. amenities can be ordered by phone instead of being stocked in the room. this makes it more environmentally friendly.
the bath plug did not work well and leaked water as i filled it up. the relaxing bath i wanted was not possible because of this issue.

the front desk service was helpful. a staff member, mohamed, provided top quality service at the breakfast restaurant. he greeted guests with a warm welcome, and custom omelets began the day well.

The room was spacious. the bed was comfortable, and i slept very well. the room was completely dark. This is so often not the case. there was a bath and a douche in the bathroom.

sorta midtown stay
the staff seemed alright, i guess.
The room cleaning was a joke. They didnt even bother to clean the bathtub or sink, just straightened the duvet, its a 5-star hotel and i expect more i think?
